Boukman Eksperyans comes to Trykkeriet Scene on Monday 6th. June!

But his Grammy-nominated debut album Voudou Adjae, Boukman Eksperyans created a musical revolution and quickly established himself as an important voice on the international music scene.

With messages of brotherhood, hope, and peace, the band has created a distinctive sound through a unique blend of roots, Vodou jazz, Zairian soukous, and reggae, based on traditional African rhythms and Caribbean melodies.

After several years of closure and travel bans, Boukman Eksperyans is finally coming to Norway through a collaboration between the aid organization Project Haiti, Transform – Trondheim World Festival, and the international cultural festival Stoppested Verden (Hamar, June 4th.-5th.).
